PEGASO GRANITO
The Granito vineyards are found on shallow soils of magmatic origin. This type of soil is mostly found at an altitude of 800 to 900 metres above sea level. Compared to Pizarra, the Granito wines are more accessible, fruitier and of silkier and more delicate structure.

Viticulture: Traditional, organic practicing. Very old bushvines. Manual harvest in small boxes.
Winemaking and ageing: Native yeasts. 18/24 months in 600 litres French oak barrels from different forests and origins.
Soils: Located between 800 and 1000 metres above sea level. Granites of magmatic origin. Shallow, coarse textured soils with a low water retention capacity.
