FALCOEIRA
Falcoeira "A Capilla" is a wine that faithfully represents an old, recovered vineyard which the local wine growers of the Bibei River area attributed the highest value and recognition. It is an intense and profound wine, just like the place it comes from.

Viticulture: Organically farmed vineyard. Bushvines. Manual harvest in boxes.
Winemaking and ageing: Native yeasts. Aging in foudres and barrels.
Soils: At an elevation of 400 to 600 metres, on narrow, vertiginous terraces of steep slopes oriented to the south. Acidic, coarse textured soils developed from granites (granodiorites).
