O DIVISO
With O Diviso, our intuition has born fruit. When we visited this vineyard in 1993 we were fascinated by its unique, high green slopes, slightly hidden among chestnut trees, and by its high altitude and its northwestern exposure. This fascination finally became a reality when we started working there in 2011. It is probably the most authentic expression of Valdeorras on the slopes of Bibei.

Viticulture: Organically farmed estate vineyards. Bushvines. Manual harvest in boxes.
Winemaking and ageing: Native yeasts. Elaboration in small wooden tanks and gentle aging for 12 months in wooden foudres.
Soils: Terrassed vineyard located at 550 to 725 metres asl above the Bibei river, on steep slopes facing northwest. Shallow, acidic and coarse textured soils
